Farewell, Kenya and Tanzania!

It was an exciting couple of days. Mombasa and Zanzibar were great visits. I was able to satisfy two major Bucket List items!

In Mombasa, we went on a death-defying journey to see wild African animals… elephants, a giraffe, and a tiger… in their natural habitats.

In Zanzibar, we went to Freddie Mercury’s Birthplace. I hummed Bohemian Rhapsody while standing in reverential awe.

Being proper American tourists, we bought The Teeshirt and a magnet (I had already seen the movie).

(In a slightly more serious vein, actual images of our excursions are coming in a bit).
